We do everything in our power to be up front and honest with our customers, as our end goal is to produce a happy customer. We want to be certain that you are to receive your product as it's meant to be received. While at the same time ensuring that honesty and transparency is in full effect. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except if there is a special event where free shipping is offered.

Returns and Refunds

A 30-day return policy is offered, no questions asked. However, in order to receive the full refund, the item must be returned in the same new condition as it was received in. Furthermore, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Warranty & Defect Information

The Information You Need to Know

Within 90 days from the date of purchase, if there is a problem with the product, that was caused not through the buyers own doing or through wear and tear caused by regular use, you may reach out to us for assistance in getting help with your product "defect". During the 90-day window we will cover the cost of the product replacement and any shipping fees after the reasoning of the "defect" is confirmed. After 90 days, it is assumed that all "defects", if any, should have been found. So after 90 Days, we will provide a reduced price for the replacement/correction of the product for up to 3 additional months. After the initial 90 Day period from the date of purchase, all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to keep a receipt, as a proof of purchase date will be required at the time of assistance.

Note: We will not take responsibility on any product "defects" due to shipping. Once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands. For your assistance Images are taken of every product before it leaves the warehouse. If you find that the package is destroyed, please reach out to us with an image of its condition, we will likewise provide you an image of your box before it left our warehouse. Obviously if both images match we will fully assist with a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise we would be happy to provide you with the carrier insurance information (if within the carriers claim submission time period) and another product of the same type at a reduced price (plus the shipping fee) for up to 90 days from your original date of purchase to help with the obvious aggravation caused by the unforeseen shipping experience.

We may (if you subscribe through email) also reach out to you personally for any special sales, offers or events. Beyond that, your information will not be provided to any third party institutions or businesses. we believe firmly and fully in maintaining the integrity of our customers privacy.
